Buildverse ("we", "us") runs the website buildverse.fun, the YouTube channel @buildversefun and the Instagram account @buildverse.fun. We are based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. Contact: hello@buildverse.fun.

We do not run advertising trackers on buildverse.fun. Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to operate and secure the site.

The chat assistant on this site sends what you type to Google's Gemini API to generate replies. Do not enter sensitive information in the chat. If you choose to leave your details in the chat, they are emailed to us as an enquiry.

If you contact us by email, WhatsApp, the chat assistant or the contact form, we receive the details you send (for example your name, email address or phone number and your message). We use them only to reply to you, and we do not sell or share them for marketing.

Buildverse Uploader is an internal tool we use to upload and schedule videos on our own YouTube channel. It uses YouTube API Services. It is used only by the owner of the @buildversefun channel; it does not offer sign-in to the public and does not access anyone else's YouTube account.

With the channel owner's permission (Google OAuth), the tool:

• uploads our own video files and sets their title, description, tags, thumbnail, privacy and scheduled publish time;
• reads back the uploaded video's ID and processing status so we can track what was posted.

It does not read viewer data, comments, subscriber lists or analytics, and it does not collect any information about the people who watch our videos. The OAuth access token is stored only on the channel owner's computer, is never shared, and is used only for the actions above.

By watching our videos on YouTube you are bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

The channel owner can revoke the tool's access at any time from the Google security settings page. When access is revoked, the stored token stops working and is deleted.

We publish to our own Instagram account. Messages and comments you send us on Instagram are handled by Meta under its own privacy policy; we read them only to reply.

We do not sell personal data. We keep messages only as long as needed to answer them and for our normal records, and you can ask us to delete them at any time by emailing hello@buildverse.fun.

You can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@buildverse.fun and we will reply within 30 days.

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
